10 Best Car Subwoofers
Consider this – the last time you read a page on the Best Car Subwoofers was never! This article cracks it down and smacks it in your face.
Power Acoustik MOFO Series In case you’ve never heard about MOFO series you have to be a BIG MOFO! Large, hefty, well-built, solid subs intended to flex your windows while you feed them brain-shaking watts. Their royal blue wrap up may give them the appearance of looking lovely – they can drive air harder than a typhoon.
Their 15″ version manages 1700 watts RMS – hold on tight because all you will need is just one of these bad boys to out-do your friend’s systems with multiple subwoofers.
DB Drive K9 Series The red outline round the cone needs to have a line through it – Threat, bass volumes may stretch high enough to trigger your heart to skip a beat. The K9 10D4, their 10″ design, handles an impressive 1000 watts RMS. A dual subwoofer box, several K9 10D4′s and you’re enjoying some of the loudest bass you’ve ever witnessed.
The light switches red, and other motorists close to you are now acknowledging that DB should stand for DAMN BASS!
Boss Audio OutKast Series If this is the first instance that you’re hearing about Boss Audio, maybe it’s time you called yourself a beginner to car audio. Boss Audio continues hammering the avenues with bass since way back when.
They have just recently received a position setting up systems on the popular TV program Over Haulin’. But we should get to the subwoofer! The L12 is a 12″ design that appears more beastly versus bigfoot. Their look is identical to a motorcycle gang – not taking crap from anybody! Provide a single one of these subs with 1000 watts RMS power and you should be looking all over to witness how many folks are looking at you.
Pyle Audio Dryver Series These 12″ Dryver Series subwoofers are very serious in regard to producing bass. They needed to switch the “i” with a “y” in Dryver because “y” have you never examined these subwoofers before this? And that is enough mentioned – be aware of their brand new Lanzar Optidrive 12″ high power subwoofer, available shortly. The majority of us agree that 3000 watts RMS power handling is a leap over extreme. Nevertheless it’s good to see Pyle Audio stepping it up in a huge manner.
Planet Audio BIG BANG Series BIG BANG – what was that? A vehicle cruising by having BIG BANG subs that should be inside your car! With 1500 watts RMS power handling being their leader for this series, it is not surprising why they’ve every right to name them BIG BANG. Disregard putting two of these in your trunk – only one is needed to cause a new BIG BANG theory.
Kicker SOLOX Series Different from the other subwoofers above, and below, the SOLOX 18″ sub is square designed issuing it more cone area than similar 18″ circular subs. There aren’t too many 18″ers. Kicker has put this subwoofer on a rank of it’s own. Have fun spending dollars for an amplifier, or amps, to power a subwoofer that is effective at taking 5000 watts RMS.
MTX Thunder 9500 Series Their 12″ and 15″ models will equally handle 1000 watts RMS which will certainly produce an intensive amount of excursion (shake your hand in front of your face a few inches apart really fast and that gives you an idea). MTX’s Asymmetrical Linear Drive System allow these subs to create high output with reduced distortion. The magnet weight is beyond 16 pounds – it’s hefty.
Pioneer Champion Series PRO You may not notice lots of Pioneer subs inside your pal’s vehicles – they must not have searched hard enough to locate a subwoofer that’s “PRO SHOW” – this isn’t entry level. 1000 watts RMS handling power in addition to their Wide-Roll 3-Layer Fiber Radial Surround produces clear and tight bass – the lows are gettin’ deep too. Their recommended enclosures are .5 to 1.0 cubic feet, that means it is not necessary a whole lot of trunk area.
Orion HCCA Series If you want a subwoofer to pound your brain in, the HCCA subwoofer has recently been faced head-to-head with a few of the subwoofers on this page, and destroyed them. An extensive excursion up to 4″ – more excursion, way more bass. It won’t get better than that!
MTX JackHammer And next there was King Kong – as big as 24″. There’s simply too much to write concerning this subwoofer – look at it on your own. A 900oz magnet, it stands 2 feet tall and performs with 4000 watts RMS. The largest, baddest subwoofer on the globe!
