The organizers are supposed to go through the videos that have been submitted to them so that they can pick out the participants. Most people make the mistake of assuming that they choose the final competitors based on their vehicle. They are more interested in the members of each team.

Due to the liabilities that a person is exposed to during the competition, they have to be more than eighteen years old. A participant cannot take part in the tournament if they do not have a valid driving license. The officials also need to make sure that all the teams taking part in the Bull Run Arizona have insurance. As long as an applicant has these documents, they are eligible for the competition even if they are not US citizens.
