The show, “Dancing with the Stars” has brought ballroom dancing back in a big way. Women have always been entranced by its gracefulness and beauty, but the popularity of the show and some of the contestants that have been involved have gotten the message through to even the most resistant that any man or woman can be a good ballroom dancer. To complete the next Cha Cha step, you are going to go the opposite way by moving your right foot forward and to the right. Take your left foot forward and rock your heel as you do this. Now step back with your right foot, move your left foot back and bring the right foot next to it.

Guess what? You just did the Cha Cha! Some of the moves may have sounded a little confusing, but these are all just basic steps in ballroom dancing. Learn them all, and you can do any dance you want! Each style of dance has its own combination of moves, but they are all rooted in these basic steps.
