Club Paradise: Delightful cast in delightful environment, requiring only a script and a few more giggles. Suicide Kings: Captivating premise: a group of ruined opulent babies kidnap a slick underworld personality and keep him prisoner to boost leverage in the kidnapping of Thomas’ sibling. Although throughout one long day, the mobster Walken, in fine form measures up his captors and plays on their weaknesses. Well-imagined-out compartment piece, with some excellent tale twirls and first-rate .behaviors; too poor the finish up isn’t as hefty as the remainder of the film. Cast includes Christopher Walken, Denis Leary, Henry Thomas, Sean Patrick Flanery, Laura San Giacomo, and Brad Garrett. (106 minutes, 1998)

Believe in Me: Donovan moves to a tiny Oklahoma town in 1964 to take a tutoring job, although while he arrives he learns he’s been designated to a gals’ basketball tea Cast includes What’s more, the gals have no self-appreciation and little aid from the society. Genuine heartland tale ascends above its recognizable games-underdog recipe. Donovan and Mathis as his supportive spouse are first-rate. Cast includes Jeffrey Donovan, Samantha Mathis, Bruce Dem, Bob Gunton, Heather Matarazzo, Alicia Lagano, and Chris Ellis. (108 minutes, 2007)

Strange Days: Shimmering however jittery blend of futuristic action and communal importance. Piennes is a hustler whose selling psychological recordings of genuine-life experiences, to which some become dependent; then he trips into a gloomy slay conspiracy engaging his customers. Bombastic and overambitious, although manages to seize, in fits, the addictive buzz of artificial actuality. An interracial romance between Piennes and Bassett doesn’t ring real when all is said and done. Cast includes Ralph Piennes, Angela Bassett, Juliette Lewis, Tom Sizemore, Michael Wincott, Chris Douridas, and Todd Graff. (122 minutes, 1995)

The Truman Show: Truman Burbank starts to get a strange feeling. He can’t quite explain it, but something just isn’t right. It turns out that Truman is right. In fact everyone else in town is an actor, and every day is The Truman Show.

The Return to Flint: Arsenic-soaked film of a misanthropic that fancies himself a woman-serial killer and plans to show his impressionable adolescent nephew around N.Y.C. Scott’s performance is a journey de force from his first minute on-monitor, and he’s in fine company with his self-promised girl costars. R Cast includes Campbell Scott, Jesse Eisenberg, Isabella Rossellini, Elizabeth Berkley, Jennifer Beals, Ben Shenkman, Mina Badie, and Chris Pile. (104 minutes, 2002)

Dracula’s Daughter: Continuation to the Lugosi classic portrays vampire exercises of Holden. Pichel adds implementing aid as her malevolent manservant. Hillyer, usually a B-Western director, manages to imbue this chiller with a moody, subtly sensual quality. Cast includes Cast includes Gloria Holden, Otto Kruger, Marguerite Churchill, Irving Pichel, Edward Minivan Sloan, Nan Grey, and Hedda Basket. (70 minutes, 1936)

Heartbreak Hotel: A dependable quiz of your whimsy entrance, as an Ohio adolescent ScWatter abducts Elvis in 1972, then moves him home to the divorced mamma Weld-who’s toted a torch for the Emperor as long as the rnid-1950s. Keith’s Presley, like the whole film, is fun, albeit the premise is so difficult to swallow that you’re in all likelihood to go with this or deny it all the way. Cast includes David Keith, Tuesday Weld, Charlie ScWatter, JaCque Lynn Colton, Angela Goethals, Chris Mulkey, and Karen Landry. (93 minutes, 1988)

Copycat: Helen Hudson is being asked out of retirement to investigate a baffling set of murders. Hudson is a forensic psychologist specialized in serial killers. With detective M.J. Monahan, the two start to uncover the mystery. When the killer learns the two are tracking him, they become his next target.
