Love On The Farm: Top Picks For Contemporary Country Romance

Love songs are probably not the first thing that comes to mind when you think of country music. That’s ending now. Today’s Top 5 will have you swaying with your love to country like you never have before.

1. She’s Everything by Brad Paisley. This is for the woman who is everything you ever wanted. She is not perfect by any means, but she is beautiful. She’s a woman that is real and lives life every moment. She’s the part of her man he didn’t know he was missing until he found her. She’s the one who completes him. She’s the one he can’t quit talking about.

2. Unanswered Prayers by Garth Brooks. When we start on life’s journey we think we know what we want. As we go down the road we are often thankful we didn’t get it because we now see the much better that was in store for us. The love we chased was not the true love we ultimately found.

3. Need You Now by Lady Antebellum. The song as a whole is about a couple that has broken up and can’t get over each other. They are drawn back together and yet afraid. However, the song has is used by many couples who are together and their time with each other is not enough. “Said I wouldn’t call, but I lost all control and I need you now.” Passionate yearning to be with the one you love.

4. Amazed by Lonestar. Just a touch says how much you love me. Hearing your thoughts and seeing your dreams with every day getting better. Everything about you holds me and takes my breath away. Maybe that’s a fantasy, but it can feel like the first time over and over with the one you love.

5. Whatever It Is by Zac Brown Band. “Everything I wanted to say to a woman, but I couldn’t find the words to say.” You can’t always describe what it is that draws you to a person. It’s just whatever it is that is drawing you. Try to say what you feel and it comes out I love you.

Didn’t I promise you it would be good? Stay tuned and you’ll see what else country has to offer you.
