They must stop the religious sect attempting to free this child named the “Brotherhood of Rest.” Cast includes Donald Pleasance, Lisa Blount, Jameson Parker, Victor Wong, Dennis Dun, Susan Blanchard, Anne Howard and Alice Cooper Panavision. Aguirre the Wrath of God: A commanding, spellbinding story of a misled conquistador who leads a group of men from Europe in 1560 to South America on a journey looking for the 7 cities of gold. The dreamlike film was shot on location in remote Amazon forests; Kinski is perfect as the crazy Aguirre. Cast includes Klaus Kinski, Ruy Guerra, Del Negro, Helena Rojo, Cecilia Rivera, and Peter Berling. (94 minutes, 1972)

Slave Girls: The all too glamorous Andress is seized by locals and painted in arrangement for sacrifice in a scene essentially equivalent to that prompted by ex-spouse John Derek for current spouse Bo years later in Tarzan, The Ape Man. Cast includes Ursula Andress, Stacy Keach, Claudio Cassinelli, Antonio Marsina, and Franco Fantasia. (93 minutes, 1978)

Barfly: A surprisingly entertaining portrayal of L.A. lowlife, and boozy, recklessly macho author Henry Chinaski, played with bravado by Rourke. Dunaway is magnificent as his alcoholic soul mate. Based on the autobiographical writings of cult top choice Charles Bukowski, who might be noticed on one of the bar stools. Cast includes Mickey Rourke, Faye Dunaway, Alice Krige, Jack Nance, J.C. Quinn, and Frank Stallone. (97 minutes, 1987)

Hail Mary: An uninteresting, overblown updating of the tale of Christ’s birth, with Mary a student basketball competitor! Even though still a virgin, she finds herself pregnant. This film kindled much dissension and was even condemned by the Pope. Cast includes Myriem Roussel, Thierry Rode, Philippe Lacoste, Manon Anderson, and Juliette Binoche. (107minutes, 1985)

Alien VS Predator: This film is a lame effort to allure fans of the Alien and Predator films, with the scenario engaging an archeological journey to the ends of the world, a weird underground planet, and the presence of the catastrophic Alien and Predator beasts. Cast includes S. Anderson. Sanaa Lathan, Raoul Bova, Spear Henriksen, Ewen Bremner, Colin Salmon, Tommy Flanagan, Joseph Rye, Agathe de la Boulaye, and Carsten Norgaard. (101 minutes, 2004

Strange Behavior: This shocker in regards to a grisly murder in a tiny Midwestern town (shot in New Zealand!) received inexplicably excellent reviews in numerous places. You wonder what all the excitement was in reference to. Cast includes Michael Murphy, Louise Fletcher, Dan Shore, Fiona Lewis, Arthur Dignam, Scott Brady, and Charles Aisle. (98 minutes, 1981)

The League of Gentlemen: An ex-army colonel enlists the help of prior officers (through blackmail) to pull off a large bank heist. High-style British humor makes this story of crime a pleasure. Cast includes Jack Hawkins, Nigel Patrick, Roger Livesey, Richard Attenborough, Bryan Forbes, Kieron Moore, Robert Coote, and Nanette Newman. (114 minutes, 1960)

The Faculty: Ohio high school students who typically don?t get along with each other band together as they discover that their professors are being taken over by alien beings. Cast includes Elijah Wood, Salma Hayek, Piper Laurie, Famke Janssen, Chris McDonald, Robert Patrick, Bebe Neuwirth, Clea DuVall, Laura Harris, Shawn Hatosy, Guide Raymond, Jon Stewart, and Daniel von Bargen.
