Sounds Great – Kids Headphones Review

These headphones are excellent. After listening to music with mediocre headphones for the last few years, the RS 180 opened up a whole new level of details to my music. If the sound source will be on at times when you’re wearing the 180′s, you will probably be bothered by this. These headphones were a replacement for a set of 5 year old Sennheiser RS120 headphones that we wore out (which had in turn replaced a cheaper set of headphones).

Initial charge time is around 16 hours but I couldn’t wait so I used them after 12 hours. Five hours later, I went to bed but the sound was still great.

Customer service tells me that extra headsets are not available until around June. These headphones also come with rechargeable batteries. The RS180 are a blessing as far as wireless headphones go. If you’re an audiophile who demands the absolute best and wants to hear every note of Tchaikovsky, it won’t be on these.

And if you don’t want to spend a fortune for 7.1 surround sound, this might be an excellent option. The only downside is they can get a little warm (would not exercise with them on, for instance). They have very reasonable range and auto-volume adjusts. NO extraneous noise. They are on the expensive side, but I’m pleased with them. I’d recommend them for anyone looking for wireless headphones in this price range.

I haven’t worn them for more than 90 minutes at a stretch, but they are comfortable for that amount of time (and that’s not the case all the time for me with other headphones). My biggest complaint is that I need to turn the volume up on my source quite loud, so if I forget to adjust it before unplugging, it’s extremely loud unplugged.

Here’s a quick review for you. The quality is absolutely great, and the range is incredible. The product is fine, except for the select bottoms. They are hard to find, because they are even with the earpiece and one has to search for the right one. I can’t vouch for the range though; I have little reason to prance around with these. But as for upstairs and downstairs in the same house, no worries with these headphones.

I am not an audio geek by any means, so this review is for the normal everyday person that would like a pair of quality wireless headphones to watch TV. There is no static or hum that comes through these headphones, and I repeat none! I would even say that in some instances the quality is better than what I hear normally through my speakers. I was a little concerned about purchasing wireless headphones and the effect it would have on the quality, I would say it is not a concern any more. The sound is excellent. The controllers are much better indexed than those on the 140.

Very comfortable, nice long cord on these custom headphones. Wound up breaking several portable rf wireless headphones, so got him this one with a long cord. infrared wireless headphones. So I can’t complain and neither can you. The bass below 32Hz can still be heard, however with little of the fundamental frequency and many of the odd order harmonics. INFRARED WIRELESS HEADPHONES.
