Looking into the WoW rogue class and wondering if its the class you should be playing? The rogue is one of the most fun classes to play as. Its a class you don’t find in many other MMORPGs, the closest thing to it though would be the thief, but the rogue is very much different from a simple thief.

Often when you come across a rogue, they will be using either 2 swords or 2 daggers. They are very sneaky and stealthy characters, they can take you out before you even know what hit you. If you’ve ever been the victim of a rogue attack, you probably already know of this.

Now as far as what abilities the WoW rogue has, one of the most powerful is the Sap ability. This allows you to stun the mob or enemy long enough so that you can move into position to begin a full-on attack.

Once the Sap is in place, a rogue will likely begin their barrage of attacks. One thing they enjoy doing is executing Sinister Strike several times then ending with a powerful finishing move.

Once you’ve accumulated several points, you may want to execute a finishing move such as Eviscerate which will do substantial damage to the target and potentially even finish them off.

Another great option though if the enemy has more health is to go with Slice and Dice, this will speed up your rouges following attacks so you can dispatch of your enemy even quicker.

One last talent I’d like to cover which is of importance is the Stealth ability. With this, the rogue can remain hidden from their enemies, this is great as it allows you to have the element of surprise. If you do this, follow it up with a Backstab.
