What Is Telepathic Communication?

We only use ten percent of the brain to function and survive throughout life. A huge part of our brains remains unused.

We all have the power within us to transfer our thoughts to others without using anything other than the brain. This ability is present at birth.

We are trained from childhood to conform to our parent’s expectations and the boundaries of society. The true powers of our minds are not explored as we are not encouraged or trained to think outside the box for fear of ridicule.

And so the ability fades into the background to surface on those odd occasions when the telephone rings and you just instantly know who’s on the other end.

Is this forewarning a form of clairvoyance? Or did your mind simply receive a subconscious telepathic call from the person calling you?

Whether we realize it or not we already send and receive telepathic signals. It is possible to learn to do this deliberately whenever we want. It takes a little practice, but is well within the scope of our brains.

The natural ability to interact using telepathy is undeveloped in most people. It is not used or recognized as we go through day-to-day life. Most do not think they have this power or know how to use it. A person has to focus on contacting another for it to be effective.

According to scientists our thoughts have a certain frequency, somewhat like radio frequencies. This frequency can be measured. Directing these thoughts to a targeted area is the key to using your mind as a means of communication.

Here are some ways to help improve your telepathic abilities.

*Get relaxed – You need to put yourself into a trance like mode, this will allow your mind to receive messages that others are trying to send you or if you want to connect with someone. When your mind and body are relaxed you are open to send and receive telepathic messages.

It is not hard to learn to slip into a state of trance. With a little practice, you will be doing it in no time.

*Get focused – Select a nice quiet dark room. Get yourself relaxed and think happy thoughts about the person you want to hear from. Form the message you want this person to receive, imagine they are receiving it as you picture them in your mind. Let him or her know you want to be contacted. Stay confident that this person will respond with a message.

*Have faith – Never falter in your belief that this will work, know your receiver will get the message. Stay confident and use an open mind when exploring telepathy.

*End Your Projection – Rather than let your mind trail off onto other things, simply withdraw your thoughts back into yourself and stop projecting. The reason for this is quite simple.

You must release your thoughts and feelings about this person. This has the effect of the person missing you more and thus increasing their desire to talk to you. The person should contact you very soon.

Practicing by yourself in this way will help you use your mind to develop your telepathic talents. There are also exercises for you to do with another person to advance your skills.

A quick way to practice with two people.

*One Sends and One Receives – Determine who wants to be the sender and who will be the receiver. We will start with you being the sender.

The receiver should have a pad and pen ready to jot down any impressions he might receive. If the sender is focusing on a simple object, the receiver might feel as though he’s making things up at first, but insist that all impressions and thoughts are written down for later comparison.

*See it – Use some simple images to focus on and send to your receiver. Things like a yellow sun, grapes, or a triangle. It will be easy for you to concentrate on these simple things and project them to your receiver.

*Transmitting – Relax and shut your eyes. Imagine a line of communication flowing to and from your receiver, perhaps an imaginary line between the two of you. Get as clear of a picture as you can of this line of thought flowing back and forth.

Get a clear picture of your image and send it down the line. Imagine a clear, bright picture of it racing or flowing to your receiver. Stay focused on the object until you see it reach the receiver.

Visualizing is a very effective way to send messages telepathicly.

*End Transmission – When you feel that your thought-object has reached its destination, stop projecting and allow your mind to be blank. This pause in transmission is important because it allows your receiver time to realize that an image really did appear. When it stops it also allows the receiver time to take a note of what image he saw.

*Receiver – The receiver should relax and remain as calm as possible. With an open mind and a willingness to receive images and impressions, the receiver should write down any impressions that come to mind.

We all see have things flowing through or mind when we relax and are receptive to it. A receiver should write anything down that he or she sees, even if it is believed to be a random thought.

*Check the results – When the session is complete, see how well both of you done in sending and receiving images. Anyone will get some of them right as well have the ability to do this. It will take some training to do really well at it as a rule. A perfect score would be very unusual on the first try.

These results can be improved with practice.
